Tips to change the cover
Some pillows have more beads and after use it will soften out. When putting in the cover, make sure to push the bead to one side and put the fabric a little bit in the cover, and then push the beads inside the cover, slowly the majority pillow will be in the cover.

Shipping

If a package is not showing up as expected, please contact us so we will open a case with the carrier. Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for the carrier to conclude an investigation. Once the investigation is closed by the carrier we will either replace or refund your item if package is considered lost from the carrier. It is at our discretion to either refund or replace your item.
