deliver to UK mainland only and aim to deliver this item within
approximate 2-4 working days.
When the product arrives at your local
courier they will phone you to arrange delivery, so please ensure you have

of the couriers phone number and company name in case you need to contact them
for any reason.
The delivery vehicle is normally a
large truck so if there is any potential access problems getting to your
address then please advise the courier when they call you as failed deliveries
due to access problems not mentioned can incur a redelivery charge.
Failed delivery due to nobody being home can also incur a re-delivery charge so
please ensure someone is at home on the agreed delivery day please. Many
delivery drivers will help take the product into your home but the delivery is
technically 'kerbside' and the driver does not have to do this, so please note

be checked for damage and working order etc when signed for on delivery/day of
delivery, the seller is not liable for damage etc after this
period. If you change your mind and no longer want the product then
you may return the item to the seller within 7 days at your own cost, providing
the item is returned to the seller in perfect condition and in the original
packaging the seller will issue a refund less the original delivery charge.
