All items are posted within 1 Business day.  This mug will be sent via a prepaid satchel with Australia Post from Brisbane, Queensland.  If you require Express Shipping, please choose this option and an extra charge will apply.

We offer returns up to 60 days for the following reasons:

• the item is damaged during transit
• you have received the wrong item
• you did not receive the item
