Motor /Gear Box Tip - Warm the nylon/plastic white gear box housing in very hot water before pushing the motor in and it helps it slip into the gear box with no strain. If you push on the shaft and break the motor it is not covered by warranty. Warming the housing works superbly.
Building Score / Flying Score - Where 5 is most difficult and 1 is the easiest.

Designed for Radio Controlled RC Flying , but has also been made Free Flight.
It also be adapted to Free Flight electric. Many of Tony's designs have been used for electric Free Flight. There are no instructions to revise to Free Flight but its easier than most would realise. It is not just a case of not putting the Radio in the model. Although that would be Free Flight. Its best to tweak a little extra Dihedral. You need a Motor Timer if using a Li Po. The Bleriot and Fokker Mono Plane have both been successfully Free Flight Flown.

This model, as do many of Tony's models give the thrifty modeller a chance to use their redundant radio equipment /motor from a tired Park Zone,E Flite,UMX Model,Flyzone, Ares and more. Its possible that this Model would fly on the Motor Set used in the Vapor. If you were making it FREE FLIGHT, it certainly could. With the RC version – either adapting RC unit from a Donor Model or Purchasing a 1g Rx from SWM something like the 8.5 Micro Aces Motor Gear Box and Prop would adapt and provide plenty of power for RC and even for outside on calm days. The Motor is included in this kit.

We are selling this on behalf of Steve Webb Models, but we are not situated at Steve Webb Models. We can arrange collection for FREE to save postage, but this must be arranged as we would need to get our stock to SWM for collection. We are only able to sell what we list on eBay. The RC gear for this is wide and varied and specialist. Of course SWM stocks the RC but we cannot combine store sales not listed on eBay. We can only sell what we have listed. We cannot link the Super Micro RC that SWM / servoshop have as it is not allowed but,The Internet flows like water and most people have a boat.
