Considering this game was released in 2004 and is over 19yrs old, it's in absolutely Stunning condition!
This copy is in beautiful mint case fresh collector quality condition, the cellophane wrap is in extremely high glossy condition with no rips or tears. Box has no dents, creases or crushing on any sides of the box, and all box corners are sharp as a tac with no corner wear.
I think this copy would fetch a 9.8 high grading, could possibly fetch a perfect grading if you choose to have it graded.
