Returns Policy

Returns are accepted
Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 7 working days after the day you receive the item.

Sending or bringing products back to us is no problem so long as they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, in pristine condition and in their original packaging.
Notification of damaged or faulty goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt Refunds.
Please ensure a copy of your packing slip/invoice accompanies the return.
We will, of course, refund the cost of carriage if your product is faulty or if it is not what you ordered. However, we will require you to cover the cost of return in all other circumstances, and in addition, your original delivery charge will not be refunded.

If you choose to return the item, please allow up to 14 days for administration. *Returns: Due to health & safety restrictions,personal hygiene products such as hairbrushes, spanx, toothbrushes, razors, hair accessories, combs,shampoos, conditioners, skin care products, makeup, etc. are NOT returnable once opened.

 

 

In the unlikely event of lost or missing items:

UK Customers:
Any lost post can only be replaced or refunded after a Royal Mail Lost Post Claim has been submitted

A claim can only be initiated 15 working days after posting.

Non-UK Customers:
Any lost international post can only be replaced or refunded after a Royal Mail International Lost Post Claim has been submitted and the item proved to be lost in the UK.
A claim can only be initiated 25 working days after posting
