Lovely white porcelain Japanese trinket box with hand painted Iris on lid and Iris bud inside bottom of dish. Item is in very good pre-owned condition with no chips, cracks, or other damage noted and is signed on the bottom. This reminds me of Otagiri. The dish is 2 7/8 inch in diameter at lid; 2 1/2 inch in diameter at base. It stands 1 1/8 inches high. The lid is rounded / convex. The bottom of the dish is 3/4 inch deep. The item weighs 4.3 ounces. It is simply beautiful.
