This White Brass is an inexpensive alternative to sterling silver wire. Use it for practice work, or use it to create attractive finished pieces. Whether you are a student, or experienced jewelry designer, you will find this wire useful.

The offer consists of

10 feet of square, 22 gauge, half hard, White Brass wire.

This wire is solid White Brass, it is not plated or coated. The color will never wear off, or scratch off.

This wire was custom made by a small family run metal shop. I use this wire all the time in my own wire wrapping projects.

Note

If you have never worked with White Brass wire, it is stiffer than Sterling Silver wire. Because of its stiffness some find it difficult to work with. However, it is extremely strong, and does not tarnish.

White Brass is also known as Paktong, New Silver, Nickel Silver, or Alpaca. Typically, White Brass consists of 65% copper, 18% nickel, and 17% zinc. It also may contain a small amount of antimony and tin. It contains no lead. White Brass contains no silver.

Shipping Terms


All shipping is done by USPS First Class Mail (in the US), and USPS First Class International Airmail (outside the US). For larger orders, shipping may be automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail.

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of payment. For most orders in the US and Canada you should receive your order in 5 to 10 business* days from date of payment. (Anytime you order, it is best to allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.) Delivery time for orders outside the US and Canada may be longer or shorter, it varies by location.

Shipping times may be longer around major US holidays, especially the Christmas holiday season.

Normally, I do not offer overnight or expedited shipping. However, if you need me to expedite your order, let me know. I will do what I can to accommodate your needs. 

For orders outside the US, you are responsible for any customs duties or fees.
