Our store’s policy:

Payment

  • Please submit payment within 3 business days upon checkout

  • Non payments are automatically reminded by Ebay's automated system on the 4th day and ebay doesn't allow sellers to cancel the order during this time.

  • After 7 days, non payments receive an automatic unpaid strike against the buyer if payment has not been made

Shipping

  • We ONLY ship to the address listed on your Credit/ Debit Card account

  • Please make sure your address is CORRECT before you submit the order. After you submit the order, we won’t be able to make any changes in your address. If you change the address after placing the order, we won’t be able to see the address changed

  • We are not responsible for any missing shipment due to incorrect or incomplete address

  • IF your shipment comes back due to incorrect address and we have to re-ship the item, we will request for reimbursement on shipping fee.

  • If we have to issue refund due to incorrect address, we will reduce the amount of refund by the cost of shipping fee that USPS charged, even when the item was free shipping

  • All orders are shipped from our location in Los Angeles, CA via USPS


Processing Time

  • Please allow order processing time between 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)

  • Shipping cut-off is 10 am (PST) Monday - Friday

  • Seller only ship Monday-Friday, We won’t process shipments on USPS’s major holidays such as: New Year, Martin Luther King Birthday (on Monday), President’s day  (on Monday), Memorial Day (on Monday), Independence Day, Labor Day (on Monday), Columbus Day (on Monday), Veteran’s Day (on Monday), Thanksgiving and Christmas


If tracking information shows that your merchandise was delivered and you didn't receive your order

  • If the package’s tracking shows delivered to your address, but is missing or you didn’t receive it, you should report the lost to your USPS Local Office. We can’t be held responsible for something that is lost in your area of residence.

  • If you experience a few of missing shipments, you should report it to the police and have your packages send to PO Box/ USPS Office


Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active after a few hours it has been shipped.

Return

  • If you are unsatisfied with the item, please contact us within 14 days from the time USPS’s tracking says delivered to arrange for return.

  • The items has to be in original new condition, unused, unworned, unopened and unwashed. A full refund will be given.

  • Please note: The shipping fee from buyer to seller is buyer’s responsibility.


If item received damaged

  • Please notify us within 3 days after receipt

  • Please send us a message with pictures so we can work on refund or replacement

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until problem is solved
