We ship all items insured and signature required. Items are normally shipped within 1-3 business days following receipt of payment. RETURN POLICY:
All Returned jewelry and/or Watches needs to be in its original condition, tag still attached, include gift boxes and/or velvet pouches, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Items returned that are worn, damaged, or improperly packaged will not be eligible for full refund. A 20% restocking fee will be charged. All items must be properly packaged, insured, and returned within 30 days of the day that your shipment arrived and was signed for. Shipping charges are not refundable, buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
