Nikolai Plavski was born is St. Petersburg, Russia. He started out painting under the leadership of his grandfather. He started out studying at the Academy of Arts in Leningrad. Since coming to America he has received a scholarship to the Artist Student's League of New York, and studied with Frank Mason. He gives his paintings great detail, mostly in watercolor, pen and ink, and now resides in Nashville, TN.  

The Tennessee Titans football team are playing the Rams. A lot of detail is in the print of the arena, scoreboard, advertising and playing field.
