Please Note, there is a USB cable and 3.5MM AUX cable come with the speaker, the USB cable is for power up the speaker and the 3.5MM AUX cable is not Audio, please make sure both cables has been connect with the PC.
If customer using it with a Window 10/11 system PC,
please go to setting> sound> sound control panel> playback and you should see that the pc has been detect the speaker and you will need to press '' SET default''
