Original handbill, printed on heavy card stock, from the DINOSAURS 1988 performance at WOLFGANG'S in San Francisco. DINOSAURS was comprised of musicians from some of the greatest 60's San Francisco bands, including BARRY MELTON (Country Joe & the Fish), PETER ALBIN (Big Brother & the Holding Co.), JOHN CIPOLLINA (Quicksilver Messenger Service), SPENCER DRYDEN (Jefferson Airplane, New Riders of the Purple Sage) and MERL SAUNDERS (Saunders-Garcia Band). Supporting act: SLIK, with Darby Slick (Great Society) and Sheesh Cipollina. Handbill artwork by ALTON KELLEY. Kelley designed several posters for DINOSAURS, which are featured in ART OF ROCK. Measures 8 1/4" x 11". Near mint condition.
