This ShoreTel UC Server 20 was removed from a ShoreTel phone system that had been upgraded and is in good working condition. Includes the 30 day return warranty shown below. It is being sold as shown in the pictures. Power cord and rack mounting brackets are not included. Please contact us if you have any questions.

30 Day Warranty

This item is guaranteed to not be DOA (Dead On Arrival) and also carries a replacement warranty for a period of 30 days. If this item fails within the warranty period please contact us. We will either replace it (if one is available) or refund the purchase price, less any shipping charges. Batteries or other consumables (if applicable) are not included in the warranty. We may require that the original item be returned to us for a warranty claim.
