Lisle 30600 Offset Boot Clamp Plier

The offset boot clamp plier is a special boot clamp crimping plier that is designed to work in confined spaces. The pliers work from the side (head is turned 90 degrees) unlike traditional tools that work from the end. It crimps ear-type clamps in hard-to-reach areas.
