Shipping & Handling; All orders shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made. We offer USPS, FedEx and UPS shipping as well as NDA per request. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

     We can ship on your shipping account but we do charge a $5.00 processing fee.

R  RETURNS & REFUNDS: Items are accepted back only if they are not as described or defective within the warranty period unless otherwise stated. If you return an item for any other reason, there will be a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be made through PayPal once we have received the item in house. The item being returned must be the exact item purchased from us. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

·        We strive to make our customers happy and therefore if you have questions or would like additional photos, please send us an email and we will promptly respond. We will not be available to respond on weekends or holidays. Our normal business hours are M-F 8am to 5pm Central Time.
