It was made AF 50mm f2.8 maco manual focus lens. It will fit many other Sigma lenses that are no more then 4" long. .  

Item has been used with normal signs of cosmetic use, with some  scratching. But it is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents. This lens case is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it a 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
