This is a great vintage pair of Billy The Kid blue jeans. Probably circa 1970s-1980s based on the attached hang tag. The jeans have no damage including no odor. Inseam from crotch to hem is about 13&3/4" and the waist is about 16" (there is however elastic on the back that will allow for some stretch). Size is "Slim Fit" 4T. The snap and the zipper work well. A great vintage pair of pants for the collector or the hippest kid in school!
