ORIGIN OF ITEMS:
In almost all cases we are not selling items that are owned by us, so we have no legitimate knowledge of the former owners household environment or lifestyle. While most of the items we sell is of no problem, there is a possibility that there may be odors, including cigarette smoke, vintage odors, pet smells, etc. Due to this fact- we cannot guarantee "smoke free" or "pet free" because we honestly have no idea!
Shipping and Payment:
Payment must be made within 3 days.
eBay will automatically file an Unpaid Item Dispute after 3 days and after 7 days the item will be re-listed to eBay. This has to be done as space is always needed for our newly arriving inventory. There are no exceptions to this process and it is done regardless of buying or bidding history. We will ship the item to your doorstep using the most cost effective,quickest method available.
Terms of Sale:
The items are sold on an “As Is, Where Is” basis with no guarantees or warranties implied or stated. If you're the highest bidder and an ebay listing has ended, you're the new owner of that item. Returns will only be accepted if we make an error in shipping, i.e. wrong color, wrong model, etc. We do our best to follow all ebay rules and regulations to keep a high seller rating. We will not, under any circumstance, violate ebay policies for any reason.
