ANNO DUODECIMO
ANNAE REGINAE

An Act for Continuing an act made in the Third and Fourth Year of the Reign of her present Majesty, Intitled, An Act for Encouraging the Importation of Naval-Stores from her Majesty's Plantations in America....

A scarce historic Act, undated. Folio, 4pp., some light staining, pages remain crisp. The American colonies & Scotland helped (well, did not have much choice) the British Navy, with large trees for ships (...great Store of Pine and Fir-trees, fit for Masts, and for making of Pitch, Tar, Rozin, and other Naval Stores, but the Lands and Woods which may  yield such Naval Stores are mostly in Parts mountainous and remote from Navigable Rivers...).
