Our Cortizo Casement Window System is made of super strong and lightweight aluminium, Our window frames are slim, enabling a seamless merge of the internal and external spaces. Whether for a new build or renovation, our windows are the perfect way to modernise any room. The windows are powder coated to a high standard with 10 years guarantee.
Our system has slim sash and 70mm frame depth. 30mm polyamide thermal break for increased thermal values: 1.4w/(m2.k)

Installation:
We have taken every step necessary to make fitting our windows as simple as possible. All that remains for you or your builder is to install the window and glaze the panels. For installation of this product, you need to leave 5mm tolerance around the frame so 1210mm x 810mm opening is required. We have an after sales team on hand to assist with any further queries.
Delivery:
Please note that all deliveries are made to your front door. Although we are keen to help, we are not insured to enter the premises.
The delivery is £150.00 in most UK locations. Please note certain areas there will be additional charges, Please look at the delivery map for further information, We do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland. If you are unsure if we deliver to your area or of the cost of delivery please enquire.
We are happy for our customers to collect the product. The collection service will be from our fabrication unit @ RM10 8XE, there will be no charge for this.
Leadtime:
Delivery of the windows in our standard double glazed units will be 3 - 5 weeks. If you are opting for the chargeable extra blind glass delivery will be within 5 - 6 weeks as the blind glass lead time to arrive to us is 4 weeks. If you require a more of a accurate delivery date or require the doors earlier, do enquire first as on occasions we are less busy and can supply the doors earlier.

Order Process:
1. Place the order via eBay.
2. Provide us with contact information after purchasing the windows
3. Our sales consultant, will call you Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm to confirm, colour, opening direction and any extra specifications such as blinds, sub cil, trickle vents, etc. (Opening direction is chosen from looking at the property externally)
Once these steps are complete your order will then be fulfilled.
Please note that without a telephone number we are unable to confirm your order so therefore unable to fabricate or deliver your doors. The lead time will start from the point the order is confirmed and not from the point of purchase on eBay.
