Shipping: We will ship your order within 1 business day of cleared payment in most cases regardless of where you are located and the shipping method you choose.
Domestic orders - though in almost all cases your order will be received much quicker, please allow 10 days for our standard free shipping. Priority Mail (2 - 4 business days) and Express Mail (2 business days*) are available upgrades.
*Please note that since we ship late in the afternoon Express Mail parcels will be delivered on the 2ND BUSINESS DAY in almost all cases.
International orders - please allow up to 6 weeks, though in most cases your order will be received in the 5 - 14 day area.
Payment: We accept payment via Paypal, or credit cards over the phone - just contact us with your name and phone # and we'll call you ASAP.
We ask that things are settled up within 7 days, if you are unable to make payment within this time please let us know.

* Tungsten rings are the most wear resistant rings available on the planet.
* Tungsten is about 10 times harder than 18K Gold, 5 times harder than tool steel, and 4 times harder than titanium. Tungsten measures between 8 and 9 on the Mohs hardness scale. (Diamonds are a 10 - the highest.)
* Due to their extreme hardness, Tungsten Rings will hold their shape and shine longer than any ring on the market.
* Tungsten rings have been referred to as the "Permanently Polished Rings".
* Tungsten rings will NOT bend.
What you should know:
* In the event of an emergency, a ring can be removed by a medical professional.
* USE ONLY mild soap and water to clean your tungsten ring, NO ultrasonic, steam or ionic cleaners and NO chemicals
* DO NOT drop your ring on a hard surface or purposely hit it with hard metal tool, such as a hammer.
* Overlays, inlays and coatings will not share the same properties as the tungsten carbide underneath. Black tungsten rings can be scratched (tungsten itself cannot be colored, so all black tungsten rings are coated with another material - usually titanium). Gold overlays or inlays can wear or be scratched. Please keep this in mind when selecting your ring.
