These shelves and posts are quite strong and they can hold a cat up to 5KGs.

THESE SHELVES ARE FOR INDOOR USE ONLY, these shelves and the posts will not last long outdoor, as it is untreated and not waterproof.

We only supply the screws/bolts for either plasterboard walls, outdoor enclosure or masonry walls, you will need a drill bit, a hammer drill and the right screwdriver to mount the shelves.

How to identify your wall and what are "Fixings means"?

Fixings means screws, one type of screws will not work in a different wall, It is important to choose the right type of fixings. For example, you can`t mount a shelf onto a glass panel and on timber/wood with the same screws.

Masonry: It stands for solid, brick or concrete wall. It provides the strongest mounting spot, much stronger then plasterboard/Drywall. You can identify it by knocking it, if you hear a very dense, solid sound, then it is masonry, Masonry fixings also work in wooden walls, but the screws may go through the other side of the wooden wall.

Drywall/Plasterboard: If you only have Drywall/Plasterboard walls, we do offer "hollow wall anchor" screws for that, the screws are still strong enough to hold any cat. Knock your wall, if it sounds very hollow, like there is a space (cavity) behind it, then there is a space behind it and it is plasterboard/drywall.
