- We use both USPS and UPS, to make sure your item arrives quickly and to help save you money.
- We reuse shipping boxes and packing materials for many good reasons.
- Tracking is uploaded on all orders and can be found in your order details page by the next business day.
- A small surcharge may apply to your order shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. (Sorry, but it just costs more to ship there!)
Return Policy:
- We accept returns on most items we carry.
- To be eligible for refund, returned items must be in the same condition they were received by you to be eligible for a refund.
- If your item is not in that same condition, we will consider return requests on a case-by-case basis upon your request.
- We do not accept opened software, DVD, Blue-ray or other media returns under any circumstance.
