This garment bag is in great vintage condition. I'm unsure of the decade...possibly 1960s to 1970s. The material is synthetic and similar to a waterproof rain poncho, with a faux alligator or crocodile type pattern in vermilion red. Logo in gold. Zipper works great. 

Measures 24 x 40 Inches.
