inside there is plastic gear so if you can hear the engine but is not going up and down or front and back that means that you will have to change only plastic gear from inside and fit this ones stronger material

1997-2007 MK3 and MK2 ELECTRIC SEAT MOTOR

Material is perfect as this is not to hard and to soft.

Greese will be included in this package as it cant running dry

Steel parts is to hard and make damage to the othere metal part that why material should be not to hard

This is 1-2 hours full job you need only drill and hamer and 6 mm 8mm 10mm key
