All orders are free postage and packing for shipping to mainland England. We can ship to any location in the UK and Ireland, but if you want shipping to an address which is not mainland England please contact us so we can advise you of the postage charge, if the additional charge is not shown on the listing.

Orders are sent via either Royal Mail or DPD local depending on the listing. However, if you require an item urgently before the estimated delivery date on the listing then there is the option of a faster delivery option, but we recommend messaging us to ensure it does go out that day, please note our opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with orders placed after 12:30pm being dispatched the following Working day.

Dispatch and delivery times vary per listings so please check your order in your purchase history for estimated delivery dates and we can only send to the address on your order.

All tracking numbers when available will be uploaded to your order and can be viewed on the item in your purchase history. DPD local tracking will be live on the evening of the dispatch date, whereas Royal Mail tracking is 2D so the item will only receive a scan on collection from us and when delivered to the order address. If there are any issues with your tracking then please message us.

Delivery dates given by eBay are estimated, so are not guaranteed. All items are dispatched as scheduled, and it is completely dependent on the courier/postal service if the item is delivered on/before/after the estimated delivery date.

In the event, that you wish to cancel an order, please raise an official cancellation request through eBay, do not send as a message through the eBay messaging system. If the item has already been packed and/or booked prior to dispatch, then we will be unable to cancel the order and you will need to return the item once received.

All Customers will need an eBay account to make a purchase with us and payment can be made either using Paypal or Card payment. All goods will be dispatched within the scheduled dispatch time on the eBay listings and this will vary depending on the product ordered. You can pay for an item by clicking the pay now button in your order email notification or eBay listing.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, then you are more than welcome to send the item back to us if the item is still in the original packaging and in an unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Please provide as much information as possible on the returns form, so we can match the item to your order. You will also need to open a return case on eBay so we are able to refund your order when the item has been returned and checked. However, if the incorrect reason for return is selected on a return, then we reserve the right to subtract the pre-paid postage label value from your final refund.

If you have received an incorrect item or would like to report a faulty item, please contact our team via the eBay messaging system.

If you have a warranty issue with your item, then please send us a message with all your original order details, with accompanying images of any issue so we can forward onto the manufacturer. Warranties only cover manufacturing faults, so if the manufacturer deems that an issue is down to user error and is not covered by the warranty then this decision is final. If the warranty issue is within 30 days of receipt, then you can return the item for refund, but after 30 days we are only able to offer a replacement or repair.
