This are unbranded and there’s no country of manufacture, which is interesting as I thought that was mandatory. Still these appear to be well made and not of foreign origin as is this is quite common now, just go to Harbor Freight were the majority of their tools are made in China, but at least they’re labeled as such. 

These pliers work fine for most applications with the jaws working well for grabbing things and either holding that item or twisting something such as a solid piece of wire, there main downfall is they’re cutting ability, they will cut soft speaker wire or lamp cord relatively easily and if you apply enough pressure they can cut a small nail or brad, they’re just not super sharp. As seen in the pictures there is some surface rust that has no effect on the pliers performance.

Overall they appear to be well made and of decent quality with no obvious manufacturing defects or issues.
