Ce Napolitain fait des études à l'institut des Beaux arts de Naples. Il expose à Palerme, Milan et Rome avant d'obtenir des récompenses au Salon des Artistes français à Paris, en 1898. Naturalisé français, il intègre la fameuse École française, dont il devient un digne représentant. Cette panthère noire en faïence vernissée est remarquable et rarissime. This Neapolitan studied at the Institute of Fine Arts in Naples. He exhibited in Palermo, Milan and Rome before obtaining awards at the Salon des Artistes français in Paris in 1898. Naturalized Frenchman he joined the famous École française, of which he became a worthy representative. Unusual dimensions and attitude of great expressiveness for this black panther, worthy of the best Art Deco style when inspired by Italy.
