Warranty Returns
All our products are covered by their Australian standard manufacturer warranty. In the event there is no Australian standard manufacturer warranty available for the item and you experience functionality issues with your purchase, please contact us for assistance within 30 days of the purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original tax invoice. Digital Camera Warehouse will organise a repair or replacement on your behalf.
Please note: If the product has failed due to damage by misuse, the warranty will be void. This includes failure to follow operating and maintenance instructions, wear, impact, water/liquid, foreign particles, battery corrosion or treated in any way which causes the equipment to malfunction. If the product is not found to be faulty, you may incur additional shipping charges to return the item back to you.
