*  The drag adjustment knob is located on the handle (spool) side, no need to change your hands to adjust drag,

*   Maintenance free - reel bearings sealed against the polished axis, with their own oil supply giving life-long lubrication,

*   Double disk drag, special brake material = Teflon-Compound, NO CORK, so that you need not oil the drag material,

*   Ultra smooth running spool,

*   Extremely high resistance against corrosion, high resistance to wear and good anti-friction properties, because of the

     special HART- COAT-layer (Type 3 anodized),


 *  Corrosion resistant stainless steel,

You buy a NEW reel in best condition with 2-years-Guarantee against faulty material and bad workmanship.

The reel serial number is different from reel to reel.


Additional you can buy a  PROGRESSIVE REEL-FOOT (add.costs), for high loading so that your reel "grows" out of the rod.  

Than the reel is closer to the hand, apparently lower weight eases the burden on the casting arm.

The reel´s "Foot Forward" design promotes a superior ballance of the reel on the rod.
