This listing is for one extra large, gray, 2-sided face mask. The surgical mask in the photo is used for size reference and is not for sale.
This mask is larger than the average sized surgical masks. I've sewn many of the typical 2.5 to 2.75" x 8" masks but found they were too small for many men. This size fits people for whom the regular size is too small.
THE SIZE OF THESE MASKS IS 2.75 to 3" x 9" when pleats are folded. When unfolded, this mask opens to 5.5 to 6 inches by 9 inches. When measured across with the elastic, the width is about 14.5 inches. If the elastic is stretched, it opens up to about 20 inches.
If this size ends up being too big, one solution is to tie a small knot in the elastic of each earpiece.
Please see the photo of the masks. I've made them all the same using the same materials and patterns but because they're handmade they slightly vary but have the same colors and basic dimensions.
The main color is gray. The back is an ivory/off-off white color.
These are washable and come out of the laundry nicely. I recommend ironing them but please be careful not to iron the elastic ear pieces. The elastic could melt with a hot iron.
