PERSONALISATION
We offer an online form with all the choices, templates and designated spaces to fill in with text details to make your invites as personalised as possible. The form is easy to navigate and it should take no more than a few minutes. Please request a link after purchase.
If you
decide to send us all the details via message, remember to include:
couple’s
names, ceremony venue, reception venue (if different), wedding date and time,
rsvp details and deadline date to reply by, plus any other info you want to
include in the invitation and inserts (if purchased). There is no word limit,
just be mindful of the size of the card.

If you’ve run out of the
invitations and need to re-order below 10, flat fee of £4 per invite + p&p
applies regardless of included inserts or extras.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

IT NOW
Choose
all the variations from drop-down menu (envelopes, pack of ...) and click BUY
IT NOW. At this stage, don't worry about how to personalise it or change
colours, you'll be able to do it later.
2.
SEND THE DETAILS
After
completing the checkout send all the details either through eBay messages,
email address or Facebook or request our online form with all
possible colour choices, fonts, wording templates and with designated spaces to
fill in with all information needed. The form is easy to navigate and filling
it out shouldn't take you more than a few minutes.
3. PROOF
We
will prepare a digital preview of your order within 5 working days.
We don’t use complexed online templates or simply copy & paste without a
thought. We create each proof personally and roughly correct obvious
misspellings or capital letters in the process. Also if there are any important
information missing we’ll let you know.
4. CHANGES
After
receiving the preview/draft you will have a chance to make any changes you need
as many times as needed until you are 100% happy (unlimited
& FREE of charge)
5.
PRINT + ASSEMBLY
After
acceptance we will print your order. All our items are hand-made so please be
aware it takes time.
6.
DELIVERY
Order
will be posted out for delivery (up to 10 business days from the
purchase date) by Royal Mail Signed For service.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
The Buyer is responsible for
supplying correct information and spelling. We strongly suggest carefully
checking the wording (or even asking someone else to do it one more time)
before confirmation.
As all orders are personalised,
we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless an error has been made
by us. If a mistake has been made by the Buyer, we can offer to make a full
reprint of the invitations at a lower cost.
