These are high-quality, professionally-printed graphic inserts for use in standard 3-ring binders. They are the same inserts (made of high quality, sturdy professional satin/lustre finish photo paper) used in the binders sold in my ebay store.  Purchasing the inserts only — and using binders of your own — is a less-expensive way to create your own custom-made binders, by eliminating the cost of the binder and significant savings on the cost to ship them.

The printed inserts available are sized to fit into four different sizes of standard (U.S. size) binders, which are available from manufacturers such as Avery, Wilson Jones, Quill, Tops, Mead, and other store-brands available at Office Max, Office Depot, Staples, Target, etc.

The binders' insert dimensions are as follows:

BINDER SIZE: ½" Ring — approx. 1" spine width

FRONT PANEL:  approx. 9½"W x 11"H  (24.5 x 28 cm)

SPINE STRIP:  approx. ¾"W x 11" (2 cm x 28 cm)

BACK PANEL:  9"W x 11"H (23 x 28 cm) measured from left edge-to-rivets

BINDER SIZE: 1" Ring — approx. 1½" spine width

FRONT PANEL:  approx. 10" x 11"  (25.5 x 28 cm)

SPINE STRIP:  approx. 1¼" x 11" (3 cm x 28 cm)

BACK PANEL:  approx. 9¼"W x 11"H (23.5 x 28.5 cm) measured from left edge-to-rivets

BINDER SIZE: 1½" Ring — approx. 2" spine width

FRONT PANEL:  approx. 10¾" x 11"  (25.5 x 28 cm)

SPINE STRIP:  approx. 1¾" x 11" (4.5 cm x 28 cm)

BACK PANEL:  approx. 9¾"W x 11"H (27 x 28 cm) measured from left edge-to-rivets

Exceed binders feature pockets for the front and spine inserts only — no back insert option is available for this particular style binder. The front insert dimensions for all Exceed binder sizes are 8.75" X 11" (22.5 X 28 cm), and the spine insert measures 1" X 4.25" (2.5 X 10.5 cm).

Although the inserts are sent to you trimmed to the dimensions indicated above, it still may be necessary for you to make minor trims to the inserts to fit into your particular binder.  If you have a binder(s) with different insert dimensions, I can usually accommodate requests for custom sizes. Please inquire before placing your order for any custom requests.
