An interesting example of an early battery powered electric drill.

Works on a 4.8v battery housed in the handle, charger socket at the base of the handle.

It has forward and reverse plus what I think is a variable speed trigger.

When the trigger is lightly pressed the drill runs, press the trigger all the way in and it stops

so there may be a small problem with the little variable speed pcb housed in the handle.

Not sure how good the battery is, chuck is in great condition and says Jacobs USA

Maybe this is an early Black and Decker ?

Overall length is around 200mm from end of the chuck, the handle is 180mm long.

Weighs around 1kg

Please study the pictures to see exactly what you are buying.

Just charged the battery and it runs well, I do not know how good the battery is.
