SHIPPING
All items will be shipped on same day (purchased before 12 pm) via Royal Mail ®️ 2nd class to UK after clear payment received.
Please note that there is no shipping on weekends, public holidays, bank holidays.
For the safety of both seller and customers, we only ship to the address signed on your eBay account.
Please kindly contact us if you do not receive the item over 10 days.

RETURN POLICY
We hope that you will be happy with your Marslan Cosmetics purchase. However if you need to return any item we will happily refund or exchange it, provided it is within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.
UNWANTED GOODS
If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. Any item must be returned unused in their original packaging along with the original packing note and copy invoice (as proof of purchase).
You will need to cover the cost of postage. We cannot accept any item unsealed, opened, used, broken. Also, we cannot accept any returns because of the customer’s personal decision that customer didn’t like the products. We are accepting returns if the reason is only technical.
FAULTY GOODS
If you purchase a product online which is found to be faulty we will (depending on the item) supply a replacement product or give you a refund of the purchase price as appropriate. Any damage or other issues with your purchase must have photographic evidence.
BY POST
Where possible please try and use the original packaging when sending your items back and ensure it is securely packaged as Marslan Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for any damage during posting.
Make sure you take your parcel to your local Post Office in enough time for it to get to us within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Please note returns made by post are at the customers' own expense.
We recommend using a track-able service and obtaining proof of postage.
Please keep your proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processing
