This is a nice find on a pair of quality 8 ohm home audio system woofers. It's a typical size that's used in many smaller cabinets. It's often a surprising upgrade in those "expensive" little surround sound speakers.
Reliable, inexpensive, and perfect for custom designs. Excellent choice for home theater projects. Upgrade the sound of almost any TV if you can build a decent set of cabinets. Measurements and pictures were taken by us so you can see exactly what you're getting.
Note: The overall diameter of this speaker is 6 1/2 inches. That is the size. It fits in a standard 6 inch cutout. The box reads that this is a 6 inch speaker. Some call 6.5 inch speakers 6 inches because of the cone size. That is not correct. That's like calling an 8 inch woofer a 7 1/2 inch woofer.
