Please be advised that I will not offer a refund for shipping delays. The USPS is no longer guaranteeing any deliveries but express mail. Your package will eventually arrive and I have no control over when it does. I fulfill my obligation to the buyer by packing and shipping within the 1 day handling time and stand in line so every package is scanned in by a postal employee.
You can file a missing mail claim on the USPS web page. I am truly sorry for any inconveniences the post office has caused.
