Note: Clothes have been stored folded in storage boxes. I will also be folding the clothes for post, and posting with Australia Post Satchel Service. Creases are to be expected.

Postage

With Australia Post's new "If It Packs, It Posts" packaging range, we are now able to package items based on size, rather than weight as the new weight limit for all 4 sizes of their Flat Rate Satchels is now 5kg (previously: Small was up to 500g; Medium was up to 1kg; Large was up to 3kg; and Extra Large was up to 5kg).

Therefore, for all items that I sell that weighs less than 5kg, I will base the postage rates on the size of the item.

Combined Postage:

I am happy to combine postage with all my items.

Once you have finished shopping please message me for an amended invoice if you are combining postage for multiple items.

With Australia Post's new "If It Packs, It Posts" packaging range, I will endeavour to package all purchased items into the smallest sized satchel, so you pay the lowest possible postage rate.

However, if you proceed and pay for individual items and postage, I will refund any extra postage charges through your method of payment once i have finished packaging the items.

Packaging:

I will fit as much as I can into the satchel. Please consider packaging and bubble wrapping weight as well, as I wrap everything with at least 1 layer of bubble wrap before I seal it in the satchels. EG. For a DVD or Book, it usually adds about 50 grams to the weight. Some other items I may double up and further package with cardboard.

For Items That I Post Worldwide:

Please contact me after you have finished shopping for the final combined postage costs to ship to you. I use Australia Post to post, and only post with tracking and the Signature on Delivery option. I therefore will not post to PO Boxes or Mail Lockers.

After Posting:

Please note that although I will post your parcel promptly, once it is posted and has left my hands, I am no longer accountable and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post. This is unfortunately the one thing that I cannot control as a seller.

Your parcel is track-able, and I am more than happy to help you if your parcel is delayed or you cannot track it online.

If you think that your parcel is taking too long, please check your estimated delivery date and if it has gone past that date please contact me and I will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

Please note that I cannot do anything until it is outside of those dates.
