This is an antique pair of Fraget Plaque silver plate candle holders. They were made in Russia in the 1890's. They stand just over 12 inches tall. They are marked in one corner " Fraget N Plaque " in a circle with a Russian eagle above and a hallmark below the circle. Another corner is marked 4213. The corner of one of the pieces has been damaged and partly repaired. They are offered as found. I have not attempted to polish them. A great addition to any collection.
