All rag orders over 5kg in weight will be shipped via DHL Express (1 Working Day) or Parcelforce24

Orders received before 12pm Mon-Thurs will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day

Orders placed after 10am on Fridays or any time at weekends will be processed and dispatched on the next working day
