This auction includes the wheelchair strictly "as pictured"...nothing more, unless otherwise specified. Any items/accessories listed on the original TiLite build sheet that are not pictured on the current chair are to be presumed as NOT included. Previous users may have made adjustments to the chair that have altered some of the accessories/measurements listed on the original build sheet.

About the TiLite Aero-X wheelchair - TiLite builds the Aero-X with a one-piece side frames which increases performance by reducing flex and increasing durability. The Aero-X features TiLite's Tru-Fit Component System making components clamp directly onto the side frames which eliminates one of the main stress points by reducing the number of holes in the frame by 50%. In addition, the Tru-Fit System allows for infinite adjust-ability of its components. This design innovation also greatly improves the durability of the frame. The Easy-Fold design allows TiLite to use one-piece side frames in its newest line of folding chairs. In addition, the Easy-Fold RFM cross tubes secure to the bottom frame tube by clamping over it. This keeps the bottom pivot point in line with the frame, allowing the chair to fold as narrowly as possible. The cross tubes also feature snap-in seat saddles that lock the cross tubes into place, helping the Aero-X achieve rigid chair performance.

SHIPPING: In order to meet shipping size limits, items may need to be partially disassembled to allow for compact packaging, and require some assembly by the buyer upon delivery. This may include brakes, push handles, caster wheels, foot-rests, etc.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do sell & ship internationally. All international related fees, including any customs fees, customs agent/broker fees, duties, taxes, port fees or any other shipping or forwarding charges/expenses are fully the responsibility of the buyer. Transit time depends on the carrier and the speed of the destination country's customs processing speed. Wheelchairs usually ship in 2 or more separate boxes.
RETURN POLICY: We do accept returns within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is fully responsible for the return of the purchased item and that it is shipped back & arrives in-full. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping arrangements & shipping expenses. The item MUST be returned in "as sold" condition including ALL parts and accessories. Partial or incomplete returns will not be accepted. Once we receive the return and confirm its condition & function, we will then refund the buyer the original purchase price, MINUS the original actual shipping expense & deducting a 20% restock fee.
