Shipping:

We are unable to ship to any other address than the confirmed PayPal address. If you ask us to ship to a different address then what is shown for PayPal we will be forced to cancel the order. NO EXCEPTIONS

We can combine shipping on purchases of certain items that can be combined into the same box.  DO NOT COMPLETE CHECKOUT as we will send you an invoice first to help reduce the shipping cost. 

However, we cannot combine shipping on products that contain lithium-ion batteries or based on physical size of the item. 

Sorry we also cannot combine the shipping on iPads or Smartphones. They must each ship out with their own unique tracking number.  

If you choose to have your item shipped by UPS or FedEX, it can not ship to a PO Box address. 

*All orders over $750.00 will require a signature confirmation at time of delivery.

To assist with customer satisfaction, we gather and track all items by machine type, model, serial number, page count (for printers) and IMEI number (for telecommunication items) as part of the process, prior to shipping the product to ensure order accuracy.  All returned items are verified through our quality process, using the same manufacturing floor control information gathered at the time of shipping.
