All eBay payments are via Paypal and no items will be dispatched until full payment is received.
All our items are dispatched free using the Royal Mail 2nd class standard delivery service. All items above £40 are dispatched using a 48hr tracked service. We provide other courier options which are available at the checkout for the relative cost for the service provided. In some scenarios, Royal Mail or other couriers may not be able to deliver the items through your letterbox due to the size of the item or if there is nobody to take the delivery in person. In this case, the courier should leave a card informing you the item will be available for collection/arrange a new delivery from your local delivery depot. If the item is not collected/redelivered 14-21 days then an NCF (Not Called For) label will be issued and the items will be returned to us. It can then take a further 14 days until we receive the items and providing the item is resalable we will provide a refund less the postage cost.
We allow 14 days for an eBay returns request to be issued providing they have not been used and originating packaging has not been damaged. The return postage cost must be met by the buyer and Jchproducts cannot take responsibility for misplaced items by any courier. Refunds can take up to 7 days after receipt.
