I have searched far and wide to find a thumb screw that meets the specs of the original Boss thumb screws. This is it!  These replacement thumb screws will fit all Boss compact effects pedals perfectly, and appear nearly identical to the originals. 

The head on these is not quite as tall as the original Boss thumb screws, but you would not notice unless you were holding them side by side. The plastic edge on the screw head is not perfect on some of these, but they are all brand new direct from the manufacturer and work amazingly. Please see pics. 

Be sure to screw your thumbscrew in all the way to avoid damaging the rubber O-Ring/Grommet and to make sure the battery compartment is securely closed!
