The Vanilla Valley is a Welsh company based in Cardiff, South Wales. Since June 2008 we have gained a reputation for supplying acrylic products for Weddings and Party celebrations worldwide.
All of our acrylic products are designed and built exclusively by us. Our aim is to produce a range of cup cake stands that offer multiple options and value for money.
We have complete control over the production of our stands which allows very quick turn around on any orders we receive, enabling us to be very flexible with our shipping so, if you are in a panic, or you've left things to the last minute, give us a call.

Our Free Economy shipping is sent via Royal Mail Second Class. We also have available, on all listings, options for First Class and Express, which is a guaranteed Next Working Day service. These are available to select when you check out.
All of our products are sent via the Royal Mail or one of our couriers.
We aim to dispatch all our items within 24hrs of payment, Monday to Friday only. Usually items that are paid for by 12:00pm are sent the same day, however if busy with the previous days orders we cannot guarantee this. Orders placed on faster shipping options are however prioritised and if placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day
We are able to offer optional guaranteed next day delivery if the item is ordered by 12.00pm. Depending how busy we are we may be able to dispatch after this time. Please do not choose next day delivery after 12.00pm as we may not be able to offer this service.
Combining Postage - If you're interested in purchasing more than one of these items, or want to combine this purchase with any others that you've made, we're happy to combine shipping on all sugarcraft items. Please don't complete the check out until you have finished shopping. At this point send us an email and we will send a combined invoice for the items, reducing the postal cost of the entire order.
Best Before Dates - All consumables will be sold within the best before date stated on the packaging. As stock is sold and replenished very frequently it is extremely difficult to keep our listings updated. If you need to know a best before date please email our support team to make an enquiry.
Something We Haven't Got? - We have access to catalogues of products from a huge range of suppliers, so if there's something you've seen that isn't available send us an email.
Please contact us prior to making any returns. We do not accept returns on perishable (i.e. food items), tailor made or personalised goods.
You have 14 working days, after the date of receipt, contact us and to return the item. All items must be returned with reasonable care in their original packaging, in an 'as new condition' to the address above. Please include a copy of your invoice or a document stating your name, full address and post code, order number and reason for return.
With regards to our cupcake stands the manufacturer's protective covering must still be intact, attached on both sides of every component pertaining to the product.
On receipt and inspection of the item/s we will then issue a refund where applicable. You, the buyer, are responsible for covering all return postage costs and we, the seller, do not refund original postage costs for unwanted / incorrectly ordered items.
