Like any CD based products, there may be marks on the cd surface. Refer to photo's for system specifications. Depending on the specification, this game may require special configuration to run on modern hardware / operating systems - The buyer acknowledges that they are responsible for this configuration. Due to the age and fragile nature of the product, there may be damage to the jewel case or case hinge. Please assume that (if included) any one-time-use codes or time limited codes may have already expired. Refer to photo's as they form part of the description and if you have questions please ask before buying.

RETURN POLICY:
Do you think the item is faulty? Please make sure you have the correct equipment and configuration to use this product! We believe this item to be in working order, however should it prove faulty we will accept returns for up to 30 days from date of purchase. The item must be returned in same condition and quality of packaging as when it was sent to you. Once returned, we will test the item and if it does prove to be faulty, a refund will be issued within 2 working days of receipt. Please understand, we take no responsiblity for the configuration of your hardware to operate this product. If we find the item to be working a refund will be issued under the 'change of mind' policy below, or you can choose to pay the cost to have it mailed back to you.
Changed your mind? Returns for change of mind will be accepted within 14 days of purchase date. Return postage is at the buyers expense. The item must be returned in the same condition and quality of packaging as when it was sent to you. We will inspect the item and provide a refund of the purchase price less the original postage & packaging costs we spent to send it to you within 2 working days of receipt providing the item passes inspection.
