Orders made before 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) will be shipped the same day. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hrs during weekdays via FedEx, USPS or UPS. We do not ship on weekends or various national holidays.

Based on applicable tax laws, eBay will calculate, collect, and remit sales tax on behalf of sellers for items shipped to customers in most of the US states.

We only ship to the lower 48 states.

This item comes with 24 months Warranty from the date of customers purchased it. Special circumstances will be listed clearly in the listing.

If your item has been damaged in transit or becomes faulty in warranty period, please email us with pictures or video to show the problem.

Please do check everything carefully after you received the parcel, and the damage except DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) would not be covered if it's your fault.

Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned products.
