- All orders received before 11am will be sent same day. Items ordered after this time will be sent next working day
- ALL Stock located and dispatched within UK.
- Please allow for the estimated delivery time to receive your items before contacting us. Royal Mail is usually a very fast and reliable service, however, from time to time parcels do get delayed.
Warranty & Returns Policy:
- We are happy to honour a replacement or refund should you receive a defective item from us, or if the item is not what you expected.
- You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods for returns to be accepted.
- If returning package please consult us first to make arrangements.
- Goods that have been damaged, dropped or mis-used are not under warranty.
