Please rest assured that we did our part as promised, it's just that USPS didn't scan or didn't update the history in time. Please just be patient, USPS can be late, but they rarely lose packages.
• The "Guaranteed by" or "Estimated between" dates shown in the listing are put there by eBay, not us. Nobody except USPS can guarantee the delivery date. We can only guarantee same- or next-day shipping. So, please do not hold us responsible, we didn't put them there. Thank you for your understanding.
